These terms govern use of the website at checkpointsarj.com.tr operated by CHECKPOINT ŞARJ İSTASYONLARI İŞLETMECİLİĞİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. By using the site you accept these terms.

The charging service itself is provided through the mobile application and the stations; contractual terms for the service are set out in the user agreement within the app. This text covers the website only.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. In particular it is prohibited to disrupt or overload the site, to threaten its security, to scrape data by automated means, to enter another person's personal data into forms without their consent, or to submit misleading or false information. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of breach.

Station locations, power ratings and tariff information on the site are for information purposes and may be updated. The applicable tariff is the amount shown on the station screen and in the mobile application before charging starts.

The date tariffs were last updated is stated on the pricing page. Where information on the site differs from the app, the information shown in the app at the time of the transaction prevails.

Text, images, logos, design and software on the site belong to the Company or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without attribution and permission. The Checkpoint name and logo are protected and may not be used without consent.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation; access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical faults or force majeure.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of information on the site. This does not limit liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor rights under consumer legislation.

The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from here.

Personal data you submit is processed under the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on publication.

Turkish law applies. Ankara courts and execution offices shall have jurisdiction. For users qualifying as consumers, the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
